Make You Mind Work for You…. Instead of Against You
Excerpted from Transform Your Life Instantly: Mental & Emotional Erasers Make the Law of Attraction Work for You Instead of Against You(c) 2005. Adele Tartaglia
Making Your Mind Work for You… Instead of Against You is about using the Law of Attraction in a positive way, instead of a negative way. Removing the seventy-five percent negative programming from your subconscious mind is the easiest, most immediate and permanent way to achieve long term constructive change in your life. Now it can be done in minutes instead of years of talk therapy which further imprints and traumatizes you. Reprogram your subconscious mind instantly and align it with your conscious mind goals. End repetitive life patterns, suffering, unworthiness, fear, anxiety, and self sabotage.
Philosophy and science tell us that the mind of the observer is responsible for the outcomes of physical phenomena we observe as real time events.
This basic premise, known and practiced by man for centuries, is that consciousness is creating everything you experience as your reality. The ancients’ secret wisdom involved rituals to get into a mindset producing the same emotional responses as though they had already manifested what they needed as a culture. Braden has called it the lost mode of prayer. Essentially, ceremonies to produce a subtle shift in attitude created altered states of thoughts and emotions that vibrated to the same frequency as the desired event thus manifesting it.
Today this principle has been popularized as the Law of Attraction where we teach people how to do this for themselves individually. We no longer need the rituals since the consciousness of mankind has been shifted so powerfully that most people can slip into an altered state such as theta fairly easily in which the subconscious mind can be accessed and altered on the spot.
Philosophical and religious organizations described it my many names such as St Paul’s “….be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind,” and New Thought churches’ Transcendentalist philosophy, the Law of Mind Action; the mind of man creates after itself…in like kind. Like attracts like.
google_ad_channel = “7940249670, ” + AB_cat_channel + AB_unit_channel;
google_language = “en”;
google_ad_region = ‘test’;
The quantum factor of the ability of the human mind to manifest reality, answers the age old question “Why Is This Happening to Me…Again?” Repetitive life patterns will continue until you delete the program that is creating them from your consciousness. Changing partners or jobs will never stop the progression of experiencing the same thing over and over again.
That’s because the events, behaviors, and people that make up your life have nothing to do with anything outside you. No one is doing anything to you or making you feel any particular way. The circumstances you find yourself in are the outpicturing of unconscious content you often don’t realize you have because it was not installed in your mind by you.
Most of the programs in your subconscious mind are intergenerational DNA and modeling from your family, socialization, and mass consciousness beliefs being propounded daily through spoken and written media and through psychic resonance. You had no choice during the imprint years from gestation through six what beliefs, biases, and behaviors were integrated into your dual mind.
Such mental concepts as your frames of reference, precepts, belief systems, memories, traumas, fears, conditioning, adaptations, and conceptualizations are held in the unconscious. When stimulated, they trigger automatic reactions to life situations based on stored memories.
Often these reactions are antithetical to what you are trying to achieve in life. They block your goal fulfillment in areas such as mental stability, relationships, happiness, success, health, and prosperity.
The subconscious mind being the largest part of your mind is a million times more powerful in its ability to create and attract things than the conscious mind. It is this part of the mind that interfaces with the Universal laws of causality and attraction.
We all know we consciously intend and want only good things to take place in our lives, but they don’t. That’s because the conscious mind does not interact with the Law of Attraction so you can do copious affirmations and the chance of changing the outcomes you experience remains random and slight.
Contrarily, by changing the content of your unconscious mind, you see an immediately shift in reality since it is these programs unknown to you that are sending out frequencies which the universe returns with events that match the vibrations it received from your own unconscious mind. Negative beliefs produce negative events. It’s that simple.
Your hidden psychological programming has to be deleted and restructured in order to create different results in your life by creating a different consciousness within you.
Fortunately you can reformat your multi-leveled mind within minutes giving you immediate relief from life long issues. With today’s advanced technology you can easily erase and replace….beliefs, behaviors, traits, emotions, expectations, memories, traumas, coping mechanisms and identities that are sabotaging your life.
Everyone can be happy, peaceful, successful, and purposeful.
This new lease on life can be achieved using mental, emotional, physical, behavioral and identity modification tools.
Since the body mind system is one inseparable organism, when we change the mental and emotional substance our minds, the body experiences miraculous healings since it is cellular memory that stores our past and its fears based on our traumas and painful experiences as blocked energy. This is why we call Integrative Therapy body mind healing.
This restructuring therapy using theta healing in consciousness is a new modality that gives you control of your mind, your emotions, and your behaviors for the first time in your life.
Only the mind is programmed and needs to be deprogrammed. The Authentic Soul Self, before the programming, remains intact and cognizant it was made in the Image with a divine essence of love.
Upon maturity it becomes your responsibility to change any mental constructs that are not serving you, your family, or the family of mankind so you don’t continue to propagate mass conscious beliefs that are destructive to the welfare of the planet and her creatures.

2012 is here and hopefully off to a great start. Many of us are simply hoping 2012 is easier to handle than 2011. Everybody has an opinion about New Year’s resolutions some view them with disdain and ridicule and others view them as the perfect opportunity to start anew. For those in the latter group there are some tips and tricks to help you reach your goals and stick to your laurels especially if you’ve decided to commit to one of the more popular resolutions.
When deciding on a New Year’s Resolution there a few key tips to keep in mind:
Set a reasonable goal. If you set a goal to wake up at 5 a.m. to exercise every single morning and you are not a morning person you are setting yourself up for failure. Consider what you’re capable of committing to and make that a goal. The more likely you are to be able to set a pattern the less likely that you’ll renege on your commitment.
Stick with one goal, it’s extremely difficult to carry out one resolution, if you aim to change too many things you’re likely to get overwhelmed and give up all together. Focus on one thing and put all of your determination towards it.
Assuming it’s not too personal in nature, tell the people who are a part of your daily life about your goal. They may have advice for helping you stick to your goal and you’ll have the added pressure of knowing others are watching you if you slip.
Set up a rewards system. When you overcome a hurdle give yourself a reward, if you’ve decided to diet allow yourself to spring for dessert after a few weeks of healthy eating, if you’ve decided to cut your spending work an exciting purchase into your newly formed budget.
If January 1st doesn’t work well for you set a date that does, if you’ve resolved to start running then perhaps you should try starting in the spring that way by the time winter comes you’ll have whipped yourself back into shape and will be more willing to deal with the bleak weather.
google_ad_channel = “7940249670, ” + AB_cat_channel + AB_unit_channel;
google_language = “en”;
google_ad_region = ‘test’;
The most common New Year’s Resolution is unsurprisingly to get fit. This is of course an admirable goal, few things can positively impact your life the way getting in shape can, it’s also one of the most difficult resolutions to keep. Do your research when it comes to choosing a gym or piece of at home equipment, it’s important that you feel comfortable and safe in the environment you choose. You’ll also want to create a schedule and stick to, one way to do this is to hire a personal trainer or enlist the help of a workout buddy.
Another popular resolution is to improve your diet. This is of course another difficult task, unhealthy food is addictive and pleasurable. Instead of creating a strict diet try simply choosing healthier options. When grocery shopping choose healthier snack alternatives and when eating out try springing for a fresh dish as opposed to a highly processed item. Resolve to eat more whole grains, fruits and veggies and you’ll naturally consume less fats and simple carbohydrates.
The third most popular New Year’s Resolution is to save money. In this tough economy it’s more important than ever to set-up rainy day and retirement funds. A good one to do this is to set up pools of money for specific things, a certain amount of money for vacation, a certain amount for retirement and a certain amount for fun purchases such as clothing. Experts also suggest you only use your credit card for installment debt such as furniture, and other big yet necessary expenditures and using your debit card for smaller purchases such as lunch or gas.
Another popular resolution is to volunteer. This is a great goal it gives you the opportunity to enrich your own life by helping to enrich the lives of others. If you decide to take this route decide ahead of time on a specific organization you want to get involved with and get in touch with them. In making your decision you should think about what you are passionate about and choose an organization which is related to said passion. If you’re nervous about feeling out of place perhaps you should enlist a friend to get involved with you.

We were hanging out in Malibu this week, because we can, and we decided to go see what “The Getty Villa” is all about. I figured we’d spend a few minutes walking through the rich guy’s old house, checking out some cool antique furniture and remnants of an opulent lifestyle of the past. Turns out it’s a huge, full-blown art museum, and four hours later we still hadn’t really seen it all.
Oil magnate J. Paul Getty wanted to re-create a particular villa buried by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius centuries ago… he wanted a place to house his impressive collection of Greek and Roman art (as well as other prize antiquities), and he wanted visitors to feel what it would’ve felt like to spend time in a Roman villa from around the time of Christ. Opened to the public in 1974, then re-opened after rennovations in 2006, the Getty Villa has certainly hit the mark intended by its namesake. From the mosaic walls to the peristyle pools to (of course) the priceless statues and works of art, everything in the Villa takes you away and plunges you two millenia into the past.
Some of the beautiful works I enjoyed at the Villa were modern reproductions… most were around two thousand years old. The oldest thing I saw was a little figurine of a fertility goddess, the age of which is estimated to be between 4500 and 5000 years.
A placard often described an artwork as a “prime example” of a certain type of art from a certain period in history. You know me… my imagination goes to work on things like that… I got to musing about what the creators of these pieces would say if they could see what had happened to their works, thousands of years into what would’ve been their futures. “Amazing,” I can hear the creator of the goddess-figure say, “I wonder why they kept this so long? It’s not even my best work.” “I wondered where that thing had got to,” I imagine the ancient glass-blower saying about a piece now resting in a glass display case. “Funny anyone would want to look at it. I’m more intrigued by this amazing glass case, and the magic that somehow illuminates it in this dark room!”
google_ad_channel = “7940249670, ” + AB_cat_channel + AB_unit_channel;

And that made me think that each of us is laboring on our own masterpieces, every day. Do you think it’s possible that, millenia from now, anyone will be interested in something you created? Maybe you’re an artist who imagines such a future for your masterpieces… but most of us are just humble folks who probably don’t realize that everything we do could be considered a “prime example” of a certain type of creation from this, our certain period in history. And it’s no more preposterous than it was for many of those ancient artists that people will be interested in learning about us through the things we leave behind, even generations from now. Even if the things that intrigue them aren’t our best work.
That paper you wrote in college… that house you helped build in your summer job before the Army… the piece of machinery you’re wiring together at work today… that sliding-glass door you and your co-workers installed yesterday… that craft project you did the year you decided to make all your Christmas gifts… that goofy song you wrote… that mushy love poem you penned into the Hallmark card you gave your girlfriend. How would you feel if someone told you that thing would be sitting in a museum two thousand years from now, serving as a “prime example?” Would it affect the way you do your work today?
Maybe all of us should be inspired by such a silly notion, and labor on our masterpieces as though they’re just that. Many of my clients want to be more inspirational (and therefore more inspired)… maybe a first step is to stop focusing on the mundane in their daily work and begin to see the masterpiece that lies in the stone, waiting to be freed by the careful chisel of the master. Is it an object… or an idea? Is it a sales pitch… or a relationship? Maybe as you go to work today, or run your business, or pack the kids off to school, or whatever… maybe it’s a good idea to reflect on how your life’s work is going, and what your masterpieces really are, and how blessed and inspired we all have the chance to be.
Maybe this fluffy little article will be on display in that distant-future museum… right next to that cool pencil holder you made in seventh-grade art class. What an inspiring thought! See you there.

Kredyt na dowód bez zaświadczeń o zarobkach-szybki kredyt bez zdolnosci
Posted on January 13th, 2012

Introduction
2012 represents a new beginning for some people. However, past failures can cause many people to lose focus on their goals. In fact, some people give up just when success is right around the corner. Society classifies a person as a loser by his or her financial success. According to Yankelovich Monitor, 80% of people identify success and accomplishment with being in control of life. Napoleon Hill, the author of Think and Grow Rich, understood the crippling effects of failure. In fact, he analyzed several thousand men and women (98 percent of this group was classified as “losers”). Napoleon noted: “There are millions of people who believe themselves ‘doomed’ to poverty and failure, because of some strange force over which they believe they have no control. They are the creators of their own ‘misfortunes,’ because of this negative belief, which is picked up by the subconscious mind, and translated into its physical equivalent.” It is very easy for most people to point fingers at others for their failures.
The Path Forward
google_ad_channel = “7940249670, ” + AB_cat_channel + AB_unit_channel;
google_language = “en”;
google_ad_region = ‘test’;
Successful people use 2012 as new opportunities for success. If individuals want to achieve something different for the year, they must understand how to manage failure and take control of their own lives. Successful people make it a habit to concentrate their energies on things that they control while victims concentrate on their lack of power. When a person feels he is powerless, it causes him to be fearful. Doubt and worry contribute to these feelings. Fear exists in the absence of control. Brian Tracy, author of Advanced Selling Strategies, argues: “The key to a healthy mental attitude is a sense of control, a sense that you are the primary creative force in your life. It is a feeling that you are in control of what you do and everything that happens to you.” Too many people focus on things beyond their control. In reality, you can control how you deal with a situation. Many so-called losers spend more time complaining about the things they can’t control. The following suggestions are offered:
Develop a clear sense of purpose.
Practice positive affirmations about yourself.
Learn from past failures.
Analyze successful people’s mistakes and learn how they cope with failure.
Surround yourself with winners.
Conclusion
During these economic times, individuals must gain the tenacity to deal with the negative consequences of failure. So who hasn’t failed? Helen Keller? Albert Einstein? Oprah Winfrey? Steve Jobs? Everyone has had some failures in his or her life. Successful people rebound from failure. The key is what you learn from your mistakes and your desire to bounce back from a bad situation. For example, Thomas Edison, a great inventor, said about his failure, “I hadn’t failed, I’ve found 10,000 ways that don’t work.” Individuals don’t need to become victims of own self-doubt because no one is destined for failure. In fact, you don’t need to accept the status of “Loser” on your forehead. By taking actions today, individuals will start on a new journey toward success.

If you want to improve your mental focus and concentration, you must practice certain exercises. While there are many techniques that you can use to improve these kinds of mind abilities, I’ve made a list of five exercises which are effective and easy to perform. Take a look.
Counting numbers
For doing this exercise you have to count backwards from 100 to 1. Once you are done with the backwards counting, you can move to a more complex exercise which is backwards counting from 100 to 1 by skipping each three numbers. For an example, 100, 97, 94, 91… When you are performing these exercises, try to keep your thoughts only on the counting part.
Observing an object
Find some object that has defined form and texture. It can be any object that is interesting to you. After you have selected the object, put it in front of you. Observe it for 5 minutes. Pay attention to its color, shape, borders and any other object’s characteristics. Observe the object and keep all your attention on it. Don’t let your concentration be carried away from irrelevant thoughts such as where you bought the object, when you bough it etc. Stay calm and eliminate these irrelevant thoughts.
google_ad_channel = “7940249670, ” + AB_cat_channel + AB_unit_channel;
google_language = “en”;
google_ad_region = ‘test’;
Playing hidden object games
One of the best exercises to improve your mental focus is to play hidden object games. These games are a new type of puzzle game where you have to find the missing items within a picture. When you are looking for the missing items, you have to observe the pictures very carefully. You must pay attention on every little detail on the screen. At first glance it may sound easy to play, but certain items are hard for discovering. So, you’ll need hours and hours of detective work in order to find all the missing items in the picture. Drawing a geometric forms
First you have to take a blank paper. Then, try to draw a little geometric form which is 3 inches in size. It can be a triangle, a cycle, a pentagon etc. Paint the form with any color that you like and put in front of you. Concentrate on the form and don’t think on anything else. Don’t think with words. Just watch the drawing.Breathing technique
Breathing technique is very useful for controlling the wavering mind. All you have to do is to lie down and relax your body and mind. You should concentrate only on your breathing. Take a deep breath and try to concentrate on the way your chests are filled with the air. Then, try to exhale and feel how the chests deflate.
If you want to experience the full benefits of these exercises, you must practice each exercise for about 10 minutes.
Remember that improving the mental focus and concentration is not an overnight event. It is a gradual process that requires dedication and practice.

Our lives are filled with work, family and other personal obligations. It is difficult to manage these obligations and sometimes we feel the need to avoid them. But it is not possible. How much ever you try to avoid them, these things are still part and parcel of your life. At the end of the day, you may feel relieved when these obligations are fulfilled but you are bound to get stressed.
Stress is something which will make you think twice when you take up these obligations. This stress may physically and mentally strain you. It is nature’s law that human beings are the only creature that get stressed quickly and agitated. Yeah! Stress could increase your blood pressure and give you tension. Now what can be done to cope up with stress? Surely we all know that stress is unavoidable and there is always a solution to overcome it.
There are innumerable methods to relieve stress and the most effective is music. Music is one of the things that could just ease your stress blocks. A pleasing music just makes you relaxed and feel fresh. One of the best things about music is that no matter what kind of music you hear it will still give you a pleasant feeling. I still remember my car pool friend who always listens to soft and melodious tunes on his iPod. While going to work, he would take out his iPod and would sit back and relax. Frankly most of my car pool buddies found it absurd. But it was actually effective. He would be so much energized in his work that his co-workers would just get astonished. He enthusiasm level would be so high and completes his job on time. His boss always appreciated him for his avidness in doing his work and complimented him.
google_ad_channel = “7940249670, ” + AB_cat_channel + AB_unit_channel;
google_language = “en”;
google_ad_region = ‘test’;
Gosh! His energy level and enthusiasm would be tremendous. At times I felt that he drank about four or five cups of coffee in a day. Sometimes I felt that he was on medication or something. So one day I just inquired to him on how he was so full of energy the entire day. He just replied that I have my iPod. He took out his iPod from his pocket and showed me the entire list of melodious and soulful songs. He said “Look dude, like all people I get stressed. But as soon as I get stressed, I take out my iPod and just click the play button. My entire stress just vanishes away. You could try it.”
Seriously I have heard many people saying that music therapy is one of the greatest medications for stress and tension. Many of us know that seeing is believing and I for sure was convinced. Music has this irresistible characteristic that it just eases your mind. It stimulates our brain cells, making us relaxed and refreshed. Do you know that music has been used to promote healing since ancient time? Most of the physicians and doctors used to prescribe music as a stress reliever to their patients. They never gave any medications and always told to their patients to listen to soft and melodious music.
Music therapy not only involves listening to music but also playing as well. Just imagine a room filled with people who work together. They are using different percussion instruments and playing a song. You need to notice that most of them may have a friendship that strays outside the office. Still their rhythm and flow of music is proper and precise. How is that possible? Most of them may be non musicians and not great friends. Some could be even bitter enemies. So how is that they are able to produce a wonderful music.
This is the quality of music. No matter what kind of music people play or listen, it just mesmerizes you. From a corporate point of view the above example shows success and teamwork. Even though they were amateur and unprofessional musicians, they had the thirst of achieving success. To quench this thirst of success, each of them cooperated and showed the effect of teamwork.
In short, music is a never aging medication for people suffering from stress and tension. Hear or watch some music on your TV channel offered by cable services like Dish TV Packages and feel relaxed and happy.

The Fundamental Importance of Listening to Develop your Character in Today's Scenario

Many people assume that listening and hearing mean the same but they are quite different. To be precise there is a semantic difference in the meaning and usage of these words. In the great zestfulness of life, we forget the great gifts we have – eyes, ears, mouth. This exuberant mix of gifts not only boosts one’s character but also the career. Yeah! That is right. The combination of these three gifts makes us realize the splendor of sight, wonders of sound and epicurean delight of taste. Sadly among these three gifts, the ears are the least important and forgotten. Why?
It is quite simple. The primary usage of ears is for hearing and listening. Both of these are of less importance to us. Well, most of us get wrong in this part, at least in the case of listening. Now the question that comes to our mind is the basic difference between the words listening and hearing. Hearing involves the primary use of our ears while listening involves the coordinated effort of our ears, lips and eyes. We hear sounds, words, sentences and listen to ideas, thoughts, beliefs and feelings. So the basic difference is the feelings. You can say that hearing like reading the front page of a newspaper, where we hurriedly glance the headlines. You know what is happening in your country but that is about it. There is no special intrinsic feeling. Listening is much deeper. It is just like reading a novel where you get immersed in the story and at times feel like crying and laughing. When the novel ends you feel good and satisfied inside. So you could say that listening is more rewarding than hearing.
One thing that stands out in case of listening is that a good listener does not only keep the conversation going, but pauses to think, respond and ask questions. Seriously, by listening you provoke your mind to think deep. This is one of the most important qualities that is very much essential for a successful career and corporate life. A good listener sometimes develops the character of a good convergent thinker. This helps in getting a better understanding of the situations and problems and providing feasible solutions. How? Well, it is simple.By being a good listener you develop the feeling of intimacy. This intimacy helps you to connect to the speaker at a greater and better level. For example, when parents listen to their teenagers, they get and develop a better understanding of what a teenager’s life would be at this age. The same is the case with a technician who listens and handles a grumbling customer and solves the problem. Having a good listening skill can also help an employer to understand the problems and complaints of the employees. This will make the employer know what has been hindering the growth and development of the company.
Honestly, listening is a kind of a magical thing. It develops a person’s character, boosts his confidence, adds knowledge, helps to solve problem and most importantly gets up close with a person. If you are a good listener you could make the person open up his thoughts and feelings. This is quite advantageous in terms of business as you can build instant rapport with the customer. Naturally it will boost your business by building networks and further expanding your domain.
Now wait one second, a question may arise in your mind that humans have a fickle mind. By having a fickle mind they cannot possibly listen raptly to everything around them. That is very much true, however you have the choice to listen or not. You can immediately judge whether a conversation is worthwhile or not. Invest your precious time in listening to worthy conversation and avoid useless ones. In short to have a prosperous career and a dynamic personality, harness your listening skills. Watch a lot of talk shows and news reports on your TV connected to Verizon FiOS TV or other service providers. Try to analyze the information and come up with a feasible solution in your mind. The problem right now is that we are not listening as intently as we should in important situations.

You surely can do that if you take the time to learn how to speed read. To learn to speed read can be an invaluable asset in your future personal and educational advancements.

To help individuals interested in learning how to improve the rate in which they read, we have listed a number of speed reading tips below.
Practice Special Exercises
There are certain exercises that are designed to help individuals increase the rate in which they can read. These exercises help to build speed. However, vast improvement will not happen overnight. Individuals have to learn the right exercises and then practice them consistently.
Read in Chunks
Reading in chunks simply means to read lots of words at once, rather than reading a single word at a time like most people do. The latter can be incredibly slow.
Avoid Mouthing the Words
This can also slow readers down. Rather than mouthing the words when reading, individuals should read several words at once while making an effort not to mouth them.
Keep Track of All Progress
The only way for a person to know whether or not they are becoming a faster reader is to track their progress. They will need to measure how fast they read prior to speed training and then after undergoing training. It is possible to utilize software for this purpose.
Set Benchmarks
Having benchmarks in place can be very helpful. It encourages readers to practice and gives them something to strive for.
Visit an Optometrist
Some people are unable to read fast because they have poor eyesight. A pair of eyeglasses or contacts could make all of the difference in the world.
Speed reading offers individuals a wide range of benefits, both personally and professionally. Students can benefit from increasing the rate in which they read. Improved grades and less time spent studying are two of the primary benefits.
Workers can improve their efficiency at the office and book lovers can do more of what they love in less time with these tips on speed reading.

The adenosine stress test or what is also called as the Dobutamine stress test is only used for people who are no longer capable of doing the exercise test or what is also referred to as the treadmill test. When doing the adenosine stress test or the Dobutamine stress test, a certain drug is injected to the person in order for the heart to respond to the test just like how the heart of a person responds when exercising.
