Pożyczkobiorców, jacy nie opłacają zobowiązań każdego dnia przybywa. Wykazy „złych kredytów” w Biurze Informacji Kredytowej pękają w szwach i sprawnie hamują dojście dłużnikom do zobowiązań bankowych. Niektórzy, wierzą, iż bank będzie czekał w nieskończoność na swoje zapłaty. W mgnieniu oka zostają rozproszone łudzące nadzieje, gdy kurier wezwania do zapłaty daje.

Sprawa trafia do działalności windykacyjnej, później wyrok sądowy i komornik.

var addthis_config = { “data_track_clickback”:true, ui_language: “en” }

if($.cookie(“show_edit”) == ‘yes’) {
$(‘div.moderate_box_open’).css(‘display’, ‘block’);
}

google_ad_channel = AB_cat_channel + AB_unit_channel;
google_language = “en”;
google_ad_region = ‘test’;

A habit is simply a behaviour that we have performed so often that it becomes second nature and part of a comfort zone people have created for themselves.  Human beings are all creatures of habit and most of us have our share of good and bad habits. If your habits are encouraging, motivating, and empowering, you will leave a successful life. However, if your habits limit your performance, prevent you from achieving your goals and block all your potentials, chances are you not living a fulfilling life.

Can people really change their habits? The answer is, “No”, you can only replace your habits. For example, if you have the habit of procrastinating, replace it with a “Do It Now” habit. When you have a task to do, just do it now, don’t even wait for a second. Soon you will discover that you hardly procrastinate. Since human beings are slaves to habits, if makes logical sense that people should be slaves to good habits only.

How can you kick your bad habits?

google_ad_channel = “7940249670, ” + AB_cat_channel + AB_unit_channel;
google_language = “en”;
google_ad_region = ‘test’;

First, you must be aware that your habit is a bad habit and limiting your performance. Second, ask yourself why you want this habit to be replaced. The more good reasons you can think of, the higher the chances of getting it replaced. Third, set a time frame to replace the habit. Most experts would advise a minimum of 21 days. Fourth, set a new habit that will counter the bad habit. Fifth, be very conscious of your new habit in the beginning. However, if you repeat the bad habit, tell yourself that you already have another habit to replace it. Finally, enjoy your new habit and it will soon become part of you and the old habit will soon be forgotten.

How should you nourish your mind with good habits?

1)      Each day, feed your mind with only positive thoughts. Your thoughts will soon define your character. Your mind is like your garden, you reap what you sow. Your positive thoughts will soon harvest the results that you have planted. Remember, positive thought always energise your mind with the right energy to be the best.

2)      Listen to your words. Every word that you say will have an impact on your life. If your words are always negative, you are feeding your mind the wrong food. If your words are always encouraging and motivating, your mind will start to prosper.

3)      Be conscious of your actions. They determine whether you are achieving what you want.

4)      Read a motivational book at least once a month or read a motivational quote at least once a day.

5)      Listen to motivational CDs or inspiring songs while you are driving or taking a public transport.

6)      Exercising your mental muscle by visualizing your goals three times a day.

It is responsibility to nourish your mind with the right food (habits). No one else is responsible for your success.

Anyone can see that we live in a materialistic society. In a society that glorifies a consumerist lifestyle, the most common standard of success is purchasing power. However, not everyone is fulfilled with the meaningless accumulation of private property. Some people value their health over the size of their income. Some people measure their success based on what they contribute to society, and not based on which products they can afford.

The truth is that there is no objective standard for a successful life. A life of success doesn’t necessarily have to involve money. Financial wealth is only one factor in the life of a successful person. Each person has his or her own concept of success. In fact, here are some concepts of success that some people have:

A successful life is inspiring.

Some people’s concept of success is to live a life that inspires other people. Every bookstore in the world has biographies of famous people. The reason why people purchase these books is because the fascinating lives of these people inspire them to do well in their own lives. A successful person has the power to inspire. A successful existence has positively influenced other lives. You know you’re successful when other people want to follow you and your personal vision.

A successful life leaves a legacy.

google_ad_channel = “7940249670, ” + AB_cat_channel + AB_unit_channel;
google_language = “en”;
google_ad_region = ‘test’;

Many music maestros from Mozart to Beethoven have died without having once experienced financial freedom. The artist Vincent van Gogh was poor all his life. The great, Russian novelist Fyodor Dostoevsky was a chronic gambler and an alcoholic. None of these people were financially successful. But would you dare say that they didn’t live successful lives? They’ve been gone for years and they still remain relevant today. An artist’s concept of success is to be able to build a legacy that lasts longer than his own lifespan.

A successful life is stable.

In order to gain wealth, certain risks have to be taken. In order to gain fame, you might earn some unwanted attention as well. In one’s pursuit of power, one will gain enemies along the way. Some people are just not willing to pay the price of fame, power or fortune. Some people just want to be safe. There is nothing wrong with this concept of success; in fact, the ancient philosophers of Greece praised such a lifestyle of stability, moderation and contentment as one of the best ways to live.

A successful life is exciting.

When the philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche said that “one should live dangerously,” this was probably what he had in mind. Some people crave excitement. While other people are looking for big paydays, these people are looking for an adrenalin rush. These people don’t collect property; they collect interesting experiences. This concept of success may not result in financial freedom or great wealth, but to the people who live this type of lifestyle, financial matters are not as important as unique experiences.

A successful life is dedicated to a cause.

Some people feel that living a life dedicated to a meaningful goal is a successful existence. This concept of success is held by social activists, advocates and ambassadors. There are so many important causes in the world that one could crusade for – LGBT rights, Women’s Rights, HIV Awareness and Environmental Protection are only a few examples of causes that are really worth fighting for. A life lived for the purpose of fighting for what’s right is certainly a life that should be considered successful.

Success can be found in different sectors of society. However, success manifests itself differently in every situation. Success in business may be measured in financial wealth, but measuring the success of a doctor or an educator may require a different standard. At the end of the day only you can decide whether or not you’ve had a successful life based on your own concept of success.

The Secrets to Overcoming Adversity

Posted: Feb 01, 2012 |Comments: 0

var addthis_config = { “data_track_clickback”:true, ui_language: “en” }

if($.cookie(“show_edit”) == ‘yes’) {
$(‘div.moderate_box_open’).css(‘display’, ‘block’);
}

google_ad_channel = AB_cat_channel + AB_unit_channel;
google_language = “en”;
google_ad_region = ‘test’;

Adversity is an intrinsic part of the human condition. If you have a passion for life, you have to embrace every aspect of life including adversity. Throughout your life, you’ll be haunted by all kinds of challenges. Some are going to be more difficult than others. The key is to learn how to appreciate the process of overcoming adversity in your life. The difficulties you experience are what shape you as a person. Whether such personal evolution results in positive or negative change is entirely up to you. Learn to overcome these challenges and take control of your destiny. Use these guidelines to push past the barriers of strife and reach your most desired goals:

Develop Your Emotional Resilience

Rarely will you find a challenge that focuses entirely on your physical abilities. Most of the adversity you will encounter in your life will test your mental and emotional strength. You will encounter failures, breakups and personal losses. Although these events don’t “physically” hurt you, there is a lot of emotional and psychological trauma involved. Guide your personal evolution towards the direction of emotional resilience. Understand that adversity is part of life. Understand that pain and suffering are inevitable consequences of mortal existence. Overcoming adversity is easier done with an enlightened perspective. Sharpen your wits; it is your main weapon against emotional vulnerability.

Establish External Sources of Support

google_ad_channel = “7940249670, ” + AB_cat_channel + AB_unit_channel;
google_language = “en”;
google_ad_region = ‘test’;

One reason why some people fail in the face of adversity is because of one tragic flaw – pride. When you face a difficult challenge, be humble enough to admit that you might need help. Sometimes overcoming adversity requires teamwork. Let your loved ones – your friends and family – assist you in your time of need. Your ability to work with others is a positive sign of a progressing personal evolution.

Stay Positive

Your lifetime struggle with adversity is mostly going to be a metaphysical battle. It is the resilience of your will and the strength of your resolve that are going to be constantly challenged. Make sure that your personal evolution is headed towards an attitude of optimism. Overcoming adversity is made more difficult by the presence of pessimism and self-doubt. A positive attitude will win you more battles in your war against adversity.

Keep Your Composure

Adversity is the invisible enemy. You have no visual perception of it, but you know that it’s there when you’re struck with fear. Whatever happens, don’t panic. As long as you remain composed, as long as you keep your wits, you will find a way. Fearful situations are actually good for your personal evolution. When you get used to the fear, when you can act intelligently even when you’re afraid, overcoming adversity is going to be much easier.

Get Back on the Horse

Overcoming adversity is like being in a boxing match without judges or time constraints. The only way you’re going to lose is if you don’t get up after being knocked down. But if you keep getting back up, you can’t be defeated. Life can beat you up and knock you down, but as long as you have it in you to get back on your feet, you can overcome anything. In your own personal evolution, teach yourself to get up after every fall.

The most successful people in the world have turned overcoming adversity into an art form. Some of them have even created teams and methods to deal with different challenges. Most of what you’ll learn with regard to defeating this invisible enemy is going to be learned through your own personal experiences. Just make sure that you’re ready to learn the lessons life is about to teach you. Let these lessons guide your personal evolution into someone who not only welcomes adversity, but actively seeks out new challenges.

You know what is so funny? When we think and talk about happiness it is always at the top of everyone dreams and desires. The bottom line of everything we do and dream about is “Happiness”.

The surprising truth is that the majority of us complain that we are not happy and even forget to focus on this very special state of being…

Do you remember when you were little and the teacher asked what you wanted to be when you grew up, you surely didn’t answer “miserable and sad!” You screamed to your teacher: “I want to be happy!”
You need to remember this very simple trick: You are what you think about and focus on.

Your inner voice can jump right in with a million reasons for being sad: the economy is rolling downhill, the vision of our own prosperity can seem like a tiny, inflatable raft on an ocean of fear.

In such unstable times, the pursuit of happiness can feel like a taunt rather than an inalienable right.
So I just want you to remind you that you are the captain of your ship! Who is in control of your thoughts? You are! Don’t make your happiness conditional to any events or people in your life.
Let’s actively create a state of unconditional happiness which is a real happiness as your state of mind.

Emerging research shows that while trauma has a profound impact on the brain, the brain is not as hard-wired as previously thought. If your brain not hard-wired to traumas why are you?

google_ad_channel = “7940249670, ” + AB_cat_channel + AB_unit_channel;
google_language = “en”;
google_ad_region = ‘test’;

We can learn to be happier.

In fact, the most popular class at Harvard University is one in which students learn to train their brains to cultivate what instructor Tal Ben-Shahar calls the ultimate currency: happiness.

Why is Happiness as a state of mind so Important?

Medical evidence suggests being unhappy affects our immune system, memory and our capacity to learn, while increasing the risk of illness.

It may be fun for you to know other benefits of being happy:
If You Are Happy –You Are:

* More creative, confident and productive.
 *Have a stronger network of allies and friends.
 *Get well faster and be sick less often
 *Attract love and be in love easier

So How Do You Master The Secret Skills To Create Happiness?
If you would like to train your brain for happiness, put some of these ideas in your tool box:

The most important step you need to take is to DECIDE that you want to be happier.

 When you make that decision, you start to notice choices for happiness that you may have missed before. Those choices may be small, such as meditating for 10 minutes when you’re tired rather than powering through a task, but you start to create a habit of seeking happiness that grows.

Be aware of your feelings.
When you feel distressed, don’t make it worse by beating yourself up for being upset. Do your best to accept your feelings. When you give your feelings respect and attention, they usually begin to shift on their own, and you start to feel better.

Work with your thoughts.
 If you’re having thoughts that make you sad or bring worry to you, try reaching for a better thought or scenario that you can actually believe. When your mind returns to the worry, bring it back to the better-feeling thought. Remember practice makes perfect!

Celebrate success.
Retrain yourself to recognize every small achievement or a major goal. Celebrate your success and it will grow!

Do what brings you joy.
Happiness comes from doing something that gives us pleasure and meaning. It could be a hobby, read a book or cook something tasty. Have fun with it!

Express gratitude.
Don’t forget to be grateful for everything that makes your day better. Even if this just simple smile.

Practice every day this unconditional happiness and you will bring more joy in every moment of your life!

google_language = “en”;

Often, people look back on their day and wonder where the time has gone and why they were not able to accomplish the things that they needed and really wanted to. While it’s certainly true that there are only a limited number of hours within a day that people can use to accomplish the things that they need to do, it’s often not a question of managing your time but more of an act of managing yourself.

All of us have exactly the same amount of time to get things done, yet why is it that studies show that successful people can accomplish in the region of 60% more work within the same time as unsuccessful people?

Do you remember the old saying, “if you want something done give it to a busy person”

Time management techniques and skills are without a doubt an important part of being able to accomplish the different tasks that need to be done within the day. While many think that it’s a difficult thing to do, it’s often more about how a person controls himself. Here are some of the time management techniques that professionals employ in order to accomplish what needs to be done with the minimum of fuss about where the time went.

Review your day and be honest enough in listing down the distractions that you’ve given in to that took up a lot of time. These are the things that manage to steal time out of your day, time which could have been well spent preparing that report that you need to present tomorrow or time used to collect information for the new project that your team is completing. Apart from helping you realize where time went, it’s also a good thing to maintain a daily tracker of activities so you know how you spend time within the day and see if you’re productive. This will help you manage yourself so changes can be made which then makes use of time better.

google_ad_channel = “7940249670, ” + AB_cat_channel + AB_unit_channel;
google_language = “en”;
google_ad_region = ‘test’;

Remember, time spent analysing is time well spent.

After you realize where you went off track it’ll be easy to set goals that help you avoid giving in to those time wasters. Set a goal that within the week you won’t go for unnecessary breaks or be tempted to browse websites that does nothing to help you do your job. This will help you become conscious of the behaviours to avoid so you won’t fall for the temptation of wasting time you can’t get back.

The next thing to do is to stick to a time management tool that works for you. This can be the outlook calendar or the computer calendar that keeps track of your appointments or impending deadlines that you need to meet. It can also be a great thing if you continue to note down the things you do for each hour you spend. Though it can sound a bit taxing, it can be an immense help in ensuring you remain productive.

As you learn your routine and attain a more productive behaviour, you also learn to stick to your time management techniques. In order to remain productive, remember to be ruthless and prioritize. You can’t let go and give in to time wasters that can so easily suck you back in to the habit of procrastinating or wasting time. Prioritize results over a few minutes of down time that can accumulate to hours of wasted time.

Lastly, keep in mind that it’s not time that needs to be managed, it’s your behaviour and how you deal with your time that you can change and improve.

As Benjamin Franklin famously said “Time management is not time management it is life management, for time is the stuff of which life is made, and if you cannot manage your time, then the seeds of greatness do not lie within you”.

There’s lots of great advice available on goal setting, achieving success and productivity, such as putting your goals in a positive frame, setting goals to improve the lives of others, thinking bigger than yourself.  It is all great advice, and important that we aspire to these things.

However, if you are getting frustrated by not achieving your goals maybe it’s because you are framing the goal in a way that is unnatural to you, making it less than compelling to you.  If all this great advice goes against your natural programming then you may find it leading you in the wrong direction.

For example, it is common practice to write your goals in the sense of moving towards a better state or future or towards an inspiring vision.  Indeed, the PURE model of goal setting insists that you frame the goal in positive language.  But if your natural frame of mind is to move away from pain, dissatisfaction or the status quo, then you may find that writing your goals in this way is much more effective for you.

At least in the first instance.  Once you have set up a pattern of achieving your goals from a natural perspective for you, the confidence to change to a more productive but less natural state for you will be easier.

Ultimately a more effective strategy may be for you to change to a more forward thinking state.  To get there you need to become aware of the prevailing states of mind, frames, patterns or programs that you use repeatedly in life and determine whether they are productive or valuable for you.

google_language = “en”;

And then take conscious steps to change to a more productive pattern of thinking.

Here are seven common patterns to help you to become more conscious of the impact they are having on your productivity:

1. Some people think in terms of themselves (that’s not to say they are selfish, but their initial reference point is themselves).  If this is the case for you then writing goals in terms of their impact on other people may not be as compelling as if you write it about yourself.  Save that until you have had some success at achieving your personal goals.

2. Similarly, you may have an internal or external frame of reference.  If you naturally tend to reflect on things and find it hard to learn from other peoples experiences then you may find goals that come from within you easier to commit to.

3. Do you like working with other people?  The goals you have and the way you write them may be influenced by this, as will the likelihood of success if you unconsciously express it in unnatural language for you.

4. Do you look for patterns or differences?  You may be naturally writing your goals from one of these positions – is it the natural one for you?

5. Are you motivated by what is possible in life or by what is necessary?  This may not be easy to answer.  Often we will more readily get things done when they absolutely have to be done, even if it is future possibilities that excite and motivate you.

6. Are you the kind of person who needs to be repeatedly reminded or even persuaded of something?  If so, you may need to repeatedly rewrite your goal or revisit the reasons behind why it is important to you.

7. As described above, are you the kind of person that moves away from things or towards things?

If you are unconsciously using unnatural (to you) framing or references (perhaps because of all the great advice out there), then your goals may not be as compelling to you as they need to be.  In the end you can change your patterns of thinking, and it may be helpful for you to do so.  The start is to become aware of what your natural preferences are, start from there and consciously develop new patterns if they are more productive for you.

Making decisions is part of any change. You have to decide to do the right thing instead of the wrong thing. It’s as easy as ABC. Or is it? On closer examination, this advice is easily given – by one or the other self-help guru – but it turns into cheap advice if you take willpower into account. Usually, if want to change, you have to make decisions over and over again, at least at the beginning. And setbacks will occur. They are simply part of any change process. This is where willpower comes in. It needs willpower to get you back on track. But willpower is a limited resource. More and more scientific studies seem to prove what we already know: willpower can be depleted. And it is depleted by making decisions.

That is why dieting is so exhausting. Each time you have to resist a temptation to stick to your diet plan, you have to use your limited willpower. And if you had a stressful day or your cat vomited on the carpet again, you can sense that it is getting more and more difficult to execute your willpower. On such days, a diet or a resolution to go to the gym is likely to fail.

What depletes your willpower?
Every time you have to make a decision, even if it is only a decision of minor importance, your willpower is consumed. Scientific studies show, it is not only a matter of making decisions when you are not in the mood to execute them – like going to gym or sticking to your diet – even to decide what tie you are going to wear, or what movie you are going to watch, reduces your amount of willpower that is at your disposal. Willpower seems to be like a muscle getting tired over time. And scientists like Roy Baumeister emphasize that we use willpower for all our activities that demand making decisions. We cannot compartmentalize willpower for our various tasks. After a day full of decisions at work, there may be nothing left when you go shopping afterward and you have to decide whether to buy the striped tie or the polka-dotted one. You might end up buying an ugly tie to be burdened with for the rest of your life. (Or a blouse, for that matter.)

google_ad_channel = “7940249670, ” + AB_cat_channel + AB_unit_channel;
google_language = “en”;
google_ad_region = ‘test’;

What are the (more serious) consequences of these findings?
Other than implied by self-help gurus, we don’t have “unlimited power” or “boundless energy”. Do not let these people guilt-trip yourself if you are mentally exhausted after a stressful day and you cannot “just decide to do the right thing.” Now you know why you are probably not able to do so.
As with any limited resource, you have to use willpower wisely. If, for example, you are going to have a meeting with your boss in the afternoon, you may not want to be to rigid at lunchtime and stick to your “low-fat-low-carb-low-fun” diet. Instead, add a nice dessert and your willpower will be still fully charged at the time you have to confront your boss.
If making decisions weakens our willpower, it should be advisable to reduce the need for making them. In that way we are able to circumvent willpower in order to have it at hand when it really matters. And no decisions have to be made if behavior is automatized.

The action-trigger
To automatize our behavior we need to install a trigger that induces the intended behavior. As soon as you encounter the trigger, the action will be executed. At the beginning, you have to perform the intended action a couple of times on deliberately to link the trigger with the behavior. But after a while – and you will know when, because at that point you don’t have to deliberately decide to perform the behavior anymore – automatization works in your favor. Here are three triggers you can use:

> A point in time
Set up a date with yourself. The point in time is your signal to execute the behavior. Don’t allow any wiggle room, because it would invite decision-making again. Say 8 a.m is the time you set up for meditation or your Swedish Gymnastics, you would just do it at eight in the morning.

> A specific event
If you want to have more flexibility or your daily routine is not suitable for an appointed date, you can choose an assigned event to trigger the behavior. This could be, for example, waking-up, leaving the bathroom in the morning, when you arrive at your desk at work, or the moment you come home. > A location
Now your action-trigger is a specific location. Whenever you encounter the location, it’s time for the assigned action. Examples: your car, the metro, an elevator at work, etc. Those places are especially suitable for short mini-exercises, like a short meditation, a breathing exercise, or a visualization. Simply anything that needs only a short term to execute, but that is beneficial, if applied regularly in the long term.

Kredyt samochodowy bez bik-szybki kredyt bez bik

Posted on January 31st, 2012

Nowy rok dostarczył mnóstwo przemian w taktyce instytucji finansowych w stosunku do interesanta.
